How much do rentals cost?
Rental pieces start at $15. The more elaborate the piece, the higher the cost.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Sorry, all sales are final. This includes rentals!
How do rentals work?
You can pick out a rental costume as far in advance as you would like--provided you pay the non-refundable rental fee. Your rental will come off the floor until you are ready to pick it up, ensuring that no one gets your costume before you do. Rentals are for a 24-hour period and must be returned the next day we are open.
What do I need to rent something?
You must be over 18 and have a valid ID/driver's license and a credit or debit card.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
No. We hold onto a copy of your card which is returned to you once we receive our rental items back. All you pay up front is the non-refundable rental fee. If our items are not returned, we may charge your card up to the replacement value of your rental, or we may call the police.
What if I'm going out of town?
You can pay a $10 extra time fee and take your rental out of town with you!
What if my rental is late?
We charge a $10 late fee per day. If you do not return your rental, we may charge you for the cost of replacement or report you to the police.
Do you sell kids' costumes?
We have a small selection of children's costumes for sizes 5-12, mainly book-report type.
What kind of costumes do you have?
Everything from ancient Egyptian to 1990s. Historical, medieval, renaissance, pirate, uniforms, western, 80s, movies & TV shows, fantasy, gothic, horror, Harlem Renaissance/Great Gatsby, 1970s, masquerade--you name it!
Do you have plus size costumes?
Yes! We sell costumes in sizes up to 4X. We also sell plus-size corsets, tights and hose.
Do you make cosplays? Do you have any anime costumes?
We don't make cosplay pieces, but you are welcome to peruse our shop for high-quality storebought pieces that may work for you. We do carry a small selection of anime costumes, wigs, and masks.
